Shipping policy
We charge a flat rate $10.00 fee for shipping on every order. From time to time, we will offer free shipping and provide a promo code to be used at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once we receive your ear impressions, the order is submitted to the manufacturer to start the build process. The build process takes approximately 7 business days. Once the order is complete, it is shipped out to you via USPS Priority Delivery. You will receive email updates throughout the process. You will receive one email when you place your order with us, another email when we receive your ear impressions, and then a final email once the order is ready to ship.
In some cases we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually and in other cases we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package. Â We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible.
Most orders will be shipped USPS, however we do utilize UPS, FedEx, and OnTrac as well.
Shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Guam
Good news for our friends in the islands! Orders shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam are handled the same way as those shipping to the continental United States. That means they’ll be delivered with the same fast shipping times.
Can you ship to P.O. Box addresses?
Yes, we can.
Can you ship to APO and FPO addresses?
Yes. No problem at all! Please note, however, that the promised delivery dates of orders will be pushed back by a few days.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes. To arrange for in-store pickup, you just need to fill in our showroom address as your shipping address at checkout. We’ll send you an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up. You can then drop by at your convenience to pick it up.

Is it possible to rush an order?
It is! However, you will need to contact our sales team via phone, at (949) 870-9070 to discuss additional rush surcharge, and available delivery dates.
How do I track an existing order?
If you have already placed an order, you can check the status of the order by signing into your account and going to the Order History page. If your order has shipped, a link to the order’s tracking information will be included in the order details.
